What is the secure forms module in Mediprocity?
Mediprocity’s secure forms module allows your organization to transform any paper form your business uses into a HIPAA-compliant, secure web form without having to rebuild the form. 

Mediprocity scans your exact paper form and converts it to a web page that is secure and includes online features as validation, hidden fields, ink or typed signature requirements, embedded dates, save and return later, and so much more!

Who can use my secure form?
Your Mediprocity secure form has a permanent web link so you can email it to anyone. 

You can also add forms as a button or link directly on your own website and direct users to that link to complete the form. It is that easy.



How do secure forms work?
Paper forms are transformed into secure web links that can be sent to anyone, anywhere.
Your employees or clients click on the links you provide, complete, and submit your forms online. The secure documents are sent immediately via Mediprocity to one or more recipients in your organization. Personal data is validated and protected.

 

How can I share the information from a secure form with others?
You can send users or guests a secure link they can click on to retrieve the completed form.

You can also use the Mediprocity messenger functionality to store, schedule, or share with any other Mediprocity users.

If you have guest message enabled on your account, you may share the forms with anyone in a HIPAA-compliant manor while using all of the features of Mediprocity that help clinical communication workflow.

 

What if my admission paperwork is 100+ pages long?
Mediprocity’s secure forms can be organized into sections that expand and contract easily to make completing long forms fast and convenient. Convert your lengthy paper forms into one single digital form that offers validation, e-signatures, save and return and many other features.



How many users can access forms?
Your entire team may be added to the forms module so that they can receive copies of forms as they are completed by customers. Simply add them as a user to Mediprocity messenger and you can have the form sent to them securely.



Are secure Mediprocity forms legal?
Yes, if your paper form is a legally-binding document, your online Mediprocity version of that form is as well. 

Mediprocity will also provide you with a custom box on your form(s) that allows your legal team to add in language for users to accept terms and conditions. Mediprocity can even provide you a legal template to help you get started.

 

Can we transform any of our paper forms to secure online forms?
Yes. Any paper form can be replicated, or choose one of our free templates and add your logo.

 

What format is the form’s information stored as?
You can chose which format works best for your organization. Mediprocity form data can be sent as plain text, 2-column HTML, Excel (CSV), XML or PDF.
