Using Mediprocity Reports

Using Mediprocity Reports

Reports allow a Mediprocity administrator to view usage data for the users of his or her organization.

Reports can be exported to a CSV or Excel file.

Reports must include a date range. Usage outside of the date range selected will not be included in the report. Reports can also be automated to send to an administrator or other Mediprocity users on a regularly-scheduled basis.

Please see the image below that shows the date range fields and the automation settings you can choose from.

When reading a report there are a few things to note. See the image below for descriptions of the fields in the organization and users report.

Discussions
A discussion is the entire history of messages between two or more Mediprocity users. Discussions can be accessed by clicking on the Messages tab that is found at the top of your screen. The subject name of your discussions, and the members included in each discussion, are listed down the left-hand side of your screen. Each discussion will have multiple messages contained within it. The search will display
only the messages that were sent within the time frame you specify.

Unread Discussions
An unread discussion means that the user was sent a message but did not click the discussion to open or reply to messages within the discussion. For example, the report may show an unread discussion, but no messages in that discussion, if the message(s) was not opened or responded to.

Messages

A message is a communication sent from one user to another within a discussion. These are the "bubble" responses on the right-hand of the Messages screen in Mediprocity.

Unread Messages

These are the "bubble" responses that came into a Mediprocity discussion that you did not read.  You may have opened a discussion, but since you opened it 10 new messages have been sent within that discussion that you have not read yet, therefore the report would show a discussion with 10 unread messages.

Average response time
This is the average time it takes the user to click and respond to messages within the time frame you specified for a report.
