Reset User Credentials or Find User Information

If you are the administrator for your organization, you have the ability to activate, update, modify and close any of the user accounts in your organization. 

1.    Log in to Mediprocity (https://client.mediprocity.com/login)


2.    Reset a password

  1. Click on the Admin tab at the top of your screen
  2. Click on Manage Organization
  3. Click on Users
  4. Select a user in your organization by clicking on the user's name that is a blue link under his or her name
  5. Enter your own password first.
  6. Create the user’s new password and select Update Password.

3.    Reset encryption key

  1. Click on the Admin tab at the top of your screen
  2. Click on Manage Organization
  3. Click on Users
  4. Select a user in your organization by clicking on the user's name that is a blue link under his or her name
  5. Enter your own password first 
  6. Create the new encryption key and select Update Encryption Key.

 

4.    Find a user’s user name

  1. Under the Admin tab, click on Users.
  2. Search for the user by first and last name.
  3. Click on their name.
  4. Click on Account in the left-hand column to see their user information, including user name.

5.    Find a user’s mobile number

  1. Under the Admin tab, click on Users.
  2. Search for the user by first and last name.
  3. Click on their name.
  4. Click on Mobile in the left-hand column to see their mobile number.


NOTE: Changing a user's password and encryption key is also a way remotely log off of any mobile device for a user in your organization who has:
  1. Reported lost device
  2. Changed devices
  3. Left your organization
