Using the Mediprocity Widget

The Mediprocity widget installer will install the Mediprocity widget work on your computer. 

To install the widget:

1. Make sure you are running Windows 10 or higher, and that you have all the latest updates installed.If you have a Windows OS, simply follow the installation instructions.
   

1. Place the widget on your desktop using a shortcut icon or pin to your task bar.
   

1. Log into the widget with your Mediprocity account credentials. As long as you are logged in, you will receive Mediprocity notifications on your desktop. If you log out, you will not receive notifications on your desktop. 
   

Troubleshooting issues:
If you experience any of the following issues please contact Mediprocity Support by emailing us at: support@mediprocity.com

1. Microsoft error upon install: the operating system is complaining about an improper security certificate.
   

1. You do not receive any notification in your app tray after you installed and logged on. 
   

If you are using the Windows 7 operating system, the widget may not function, as Microsoft no longer supports this version.
